Gregg Church is CEO and President of 4medica with 20-plus years of health IT experience. Since joining 4medica in 2010, Church has held rising positions leading the company to continued success in its 20-year transformational role in laboratory services.

From its industry-first cloud-based integration platform to drive EHR adoption to launching innovative clinical data exchange and enterprise master patient index technologies that improve patient safety, operational sustainability and profitability for diverse healthcare organizations. He is a tireless advocate of the national need to reduce patient duplicate records across disparate systems to less than 1 percent.

Church represents 4medica in championing reform initiatives that achieve health IT interoperability, a nationwide patient identifier and matching standardization strategy, and the Clinical Lab 2.0 global movement to redefine laboratory value.

Church regularly speaks and hosts roundtables at regulatory and industry conferences, events and public policy think tanks involved in shaping the framework for patient identification and matching.

Church earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing and a bachelor of music degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

4medica's Chief Financial Officer, Amy Muradyan, brings 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining 4medica, she focused on developing financial strategy and business plans for established businesses and startups.

Her work has included recognizable large advertising campaigns for Hilton Hotels, Toyota Prius, United Airlines, American Airlines, Hershey Chocolate, and other known brands where image and customer awareness must be elevated and maintained.

Amy has earned a B.S. in accounting from Woodbury University and an executive MBA from Loyola University. Her education combined with her work experience has given Amy a unique experience into the world of international business and creative technical industries.

His expertise spans design and development, and business-to-business (B2B) systems integration. Additionally, his expertise includes building and managing software teams across diverse industries such as healthcare, financial, pharmaceutical and biotech.

Mr. Kuttalingam earned a bachelor's degree from India-based Birla Institute of Technology and Science; a master's degree from Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, Louisiana; and an MBA degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.

With 30 years of experience in architecture, developing, implementing, and supporting medical software solutions, Mr. Clymer has a passion for converting well-crafted software into client success.

Along with leading both development and implementation teams, Mr. Clymer delivered mission-critical medical laboratory outreach software to more than 150 U.S. hospitals. Additionally, Mr. Clymer led the development and implementation of clinical trial software, a novel EMPI algorithm, ESRD clinic workflow solutions, and laboratory information system integration projects.

Having earned a bachelor's and master's degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University, as well as an MBA specializing in business operations. While at Cornell, Mr. Clymer had the honor of being selected as a Lester B. Knight Scholar.

Throughout his career, he has helped organizations accelerate growth by building scalable go-to-market strategies, developing high-performing revenue teams, establishing strategic partnerships, and creating trusted relationships with healthcare executives across the industry.

Prior to joining 4medica, Martin held executive leadership positions with healthcare technology companies including DataBiologics, Madaket Health, Pulsara, Intermedix, Aprima and Allscripts. He has worked extensively with hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, health plans, ACOs and healthcare technology companies, helping organizations navigate complex operational and data-related change management challenges while driving measurable business outcomes.

Martin is widely recognized for his ability to connect strategy, execution, and relationship ecosystems to create sustainable growth. His leadership philosophy centers on trust, transparency, operational discipline, hustle and helping organizations unlock the full value of their data and technology investments.

In addition to his healthcare leadership experience, Martin founded Cellar Angels, a nationally recognized direct-to-consumer wine company that operated from 2010 through 2023. Built around exceptional customer experiences, charitable giving, and long-term relationships, the online company served customers across the United States before Martin and his wife chose to conclude operations following their relocation to Naples, Florida.

Martin is also an active investor and advisor focused on artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, and emerging growth companies. His interest in AI centers on how trusted data, human judgment, and intelligent systems can work together to create transformational business outcomes.

At 4medica, Martin is focused on helping establish the company as the trusted healthcare data infrastructure platform for providers, health systems, and healthcare organizations seeking greater confidence in their data and the decisions that depend upon it.

Martin resides in Naples, Florida, where he remains active in healthcare innovation, executive leadership development, investing, golf, industry collaboration and wine.

Devin Dubose is the Head of Interoperability at 4medica, where he builds and maintains the digital connections that let hospitals, labs, and imaging centers share patient data reliably. He specializes in connecting electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) with laboratory and radiology information systems (LIS/RIS) so patient data flows accurately between them.

Dubose has spent nearly a decade at 4medica, starting as an intern and growing into his current role. He has built interfaces with most major healthcare platforms in use today, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts/Veradigm, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Greenway Health, Practice Fusion, Kareo, Sunquest, and NovoPath, among others. He leads a small integration team while partnering closely with product development and QA on new platform initiatives.

When he's not building integrations, Dubose can be found walking trails with his dog or working on personal programming projects to learn new technologies.

Her team cleanses and validates patient, insurance, and clinical data at the front end, ensuring every order is flawless so lab and radiology clients get paid accurately and on time. She helps hospital labs, commercial labs, and imaging departments solve the problem of fragmented data by connecting their LIS, RIS, and HIS systems to community providers, all while maintaining a single, accurate longitudinal record for every patient.

Larkins' expertise is backed by hands-on experience at leading laboratory institutions including LabCorp and Scripps Health San Diego. Outside of work, she is active in her local National Charity League chapter and volunteers alongside her children at organizations supporting animal welfare and young women in need.
