The final webinar in the series highlights the Michigan Health Information Network (MiHIN) by Marty Woodruff, COO and Jo Bonasso, PharmD, Patient Data Services Director.
MiHIN is a state-designated entity and represents a growing network of public and private organizations working to overcome data sharing barriers, reduce costs, and ultimately advance the health of Michigan’s population. Marty and Jo will present one of their key patient engagement initiatives as an example to discuss MiHIN’s strategies and tools to successfully engage and manage multiple partnerships, incentivize statewide data exchange and how they continue to improve hospital system standards with the use of quality data.
