• Data transfer between your location and 4medica servers is exchanged using a Virtual Private Network (VPN)
  
• Account information cannot be accessed without a valid Username and Password
  
• Users are automatically logged off in cases of inactivity
  
• Users can assign Role Based Security for tiered access to medical and other information
  
• Information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption
  
• An Audit Trail is available to track all records viewed and changed by a particular User
