Trouble Logging In?
This section is designed to address common issues that may be contributing to your inability to access the 4Medica application. If following these troubleshooting suggestions does not resolve your problem, please contact our Customer Support Department by calling (310) 348-4100 (option 2) or email us at support@4medica.com - our customer support team is available from 5:00am PST to 7pm PS; Monday through Friday.
1. Ensure that the username and password entered are correct.
Have you forgotten or need to change your password?
Your password can be reset or changed by:
1. Contacting the designated representative in your laboratory with administrative privileges;
2. Contacting the laboratory customer service department; or
3. Contacting the 4medica customer support department
2. Check to see if your computer has "Pop-up Blocking" software installed. If your computer is equipped with pop-up blocking try the following:
a. Disable the pop-up blocking function, or
b. Add https://www.4medica.net to the list of "secure sites" within your pop-up blocker application.
3. Ensure that your computer is equipped with Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or higher.
a. How do I know what version of Internet Explorer I have?
1. Launch "Internet Explorer"
2. From the menu, select "Help"
3. Select "About Internet Explorer" - Your current IE version will be displayed.
b. How do I update to the latest version of Internet Explorer?

After updating to the latest version, restart your computer re-start and try logging in again. If you are still unable to login, please contact Customer Support or complete the Trouble Encounter form and one of our customer service representatives will contact you no later than the following business day.
